🛒 Ingredients
Shrimp:
- 400 g shrimp (fresh or frozen)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Italian herbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt and black pepper
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Cook in 1–2 teaspoons olive oil or cooking spray
Pasta:
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 120–130 g uncooked linguine (or any pasta of your choice)
Method
Step 1 – Rinse the shrimp and let it dry. Add fresh garlic, Italian herbs, paprika, salt, black pepper, chili flakes, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.
Step 2 – Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt, then add the pasta and cook for about 8 minutes. Once cooked, reserve ½ cup of the pasta water, then drain the rest.
Step 3 – Heat a pan over medium heat, add olive oil or cooking spray, and cook the shrimp for 3–4 minutes until golden. Set aside.
Step 4 – Add a handful of spinach or broccoli, then return the cooked shrimp and pasta to the pan. Mix well until everything is combined. Ready to serve.
