How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you receive your order and decide that you no longer want it, or have simply changed your mind, you may request a return or exchange.

Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  1. Products must be returned in their original condition.
  2. Return/exchange shipping fees vary depending on the governorate. Refunds will be issued after deducting shipping fees.
  3. The refund amount will be processed within a maximum of 7 working days after the returned items are inspected and approved.

If you receive a product that is not as described, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide the following:

  1. Order number
  2. A photo of the item showing the defect or incorrect product, if applicable

If the returned item does not pass our quality inspection, it will be shipped back to you within 3–7 working days, and no refund will be issued.

  • Initial shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Conditions for Eligible Returns

To process your return smoothly, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products must be in their original packaging (box, bag, etc.)
  • Tags, stickers, or branding logos must remain intact and not be removed
  • The product must be in new and unused condition

Note: Opened, damaged, or used items cannot be returned due to health and safety concerns.
