- 1 teaspoon salt

- A pinch of chili flakes
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 large handful of mixed greens (any salad mixes of your choice)
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- 1 handful of blueberries
- ½ avocado
Dressing
- 1 tablespoon honey mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Lemon juice
Method
Step 1 – Shrimp marinade
Place the shrimp in a bowl and add salt, garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes, and lemon juice. Mix well until evenly coated. Slice the cherry tomatoes, red onion, and avocado.
Step 2 – Prepare the bowl
In a bowl, add the mixed salad greens, then top with cherry tomatoes, red onion, blueberries, and avocado slices.
Step 3 – Dressing
