  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 large handful of mixed greens (any salad mixes of your choice)

Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Method

Step 1 – Shrimp marinade

Step 3 – Dressing
