Energy Balls
· 200 g Medjool dates
· 80 g roasted hazelnuts
· 2 tablespoons peanut butter
· 2 tablespoons light raw cocoa powder
· 1 tablespoon honey
· 1 scoop Power Up Super Shake Chocolate (optional)
Blend all the ingredients in a blender, then shape the mixture into small balls and roll them in 3 tablespoons of shredded coconut.
