🛒 Ingredients
Chicken Marinade:
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips (300 g raw weight)
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt and black pepper
- Juice of ½–1 lemon
Green Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons fat-free yogurt (Greek yogurt works well)
- 1 tablespoon low-fat sour cream (I used one with chives)
- A handful of coriander (cilantro)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Juice of ½ lemon
For Cooking:
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or cooking spray
- ½ red, green, and yellow bell pepper
- ½ red onion and ½ white onion
- Low-calorie wraps
Method
Step 1 – Start by seasoning the chicken with all the marinade ingredients. Mix well until evenly coated. Then chop the bell peppers and onions.
Step 2 – Prepare the sauce. In a blender cup, add fat-free yogurt, sour cream, coriander, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Step 3 – Add olive oil to a hot pan and cook the chicken for about 5 minutes until golden brown, then add the bell peppers and onions and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 4 – Assemble the wraps by adding a generous amount of chicken, sautéed vegetables, and the green sauce. Wrap them, toast them lightly in the pan, and serve
