Cheeseburgers

For the Beef Burger Mixture:

  • 400 g lean ground beef (5% fat, raw weight)
  • 20–30 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt and black pepper

Mix well until fully combined.

  • Shape into 4 equal balls (about 105 g each).
  • Use a flat plate or bowl to press them down to an even thickness.
  • For best results, place them in the freezer for 10–15 minutes to help them stay firm during cooking.

For Cooking:

  • Heat a pan over high heat and add cooking spray.
  • Cook the burgers for 3 minutes, then flip them.
  • Add one slice of light cheese (or any cheese you prefer).
  • Cook for another 2–3 minutes (be careful not to overcook!).

Burger Assembly:

  • Low-calorie brioche buns
  • Spicy mayonnaise (made with 15 g mayonnaise and low-fat Sriracha)
  • Lettuce
  • The burger patty
  • Tomato
  • Pickled red onion
  • Pickled cucumber
