Cheeseburgers
For the Beef Burger Mixture:
- 400 g lean ground beef (5% fat, raw weight)
- 20–30 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt and black pepper
Mix well until fully combined.
- Shape into 4 equal balls (about 105 g each).
- Use a flat plate or bowl to press them down to an even thickness.
- For best results, place them in the freezer for 10–15 minutes to help them stay firm during cooking.
For Cooking:
- Heat a pan over high heat and add cooking spray.
- Cook the burgers for 3 minutes, then flip them.
- Add one slice of light cheese (or any cheese you prefer).
- Cook for another 2–3 minutes (be careful not to overcook!).
Burger Assembly:
- Low-calorie brioche buns
- Spicy mayonnaise (made with 15 g mayonnaise and low-fat Sriracha)
- Lettuce
- The burger patty
- Tomato
- Pickled red onion
- Pickled cucumber
